    Idiots

My point is that a lot of these people are anonymous and their reasons may not entirely honourable. And to answer another point, you might know where you have invested your money but you might not know if that is re-invested somewhere else.

I didn't immediately think that myself. Whether it was truly a yellow or red is not really the point; it was a stupid tackle, but I did later wonder if the ref was influenced a bit. ...and on the subject of stupid tackle (if I'm allowed to talk football) twice, not long after that, Haynes...

The reason why SISU are still around is that selling at a loss would then reveal to their investors how poor their investment in CCFC was, and how poorly SISU had managed that investment. As long as SISU "own" the club that poor performance may not be apparent to their investors, who may not...

Does anybody think that when the Ref sent Willis off, when a Yellow would have been more appropriate, was influenced by the flares and was punishing the club rather than the player?

    Semi-final : Will buying tickets be a nightmare ?

After today's performance and Wycome's strong showing. I don't think tickets will be a problem

    Okay Sisu, here's a site.

Why keep going on about it It was never intended to happen Just a negotiating position Past its sell by date Oh, and if were to happen, SISU weren't going to buildi; a developer would build it in association with a retail park - like we need another one

How many season tickets will be sold next season

As i will turn 74 if I last to the end of the season, I don't have the luxury of waiting several seasons until a new dawn breaks, so I guess I'll carry on. Having said that, if my friends don't renew I'm not going to every game on my own.

Surely we need a big target man up front...

It was worth trying but I hope Slade, like me, now moves on to something sensible, like not trying to turn Jordan Willis into a wing back

More schoolboy humour. Actually he played OK considering that it was his first outing and he didn't know the players around him

    Relegation thread

Many things are possible, and we shouldn't stop hoping or give up, but realistically we now have to win half of our remaining games. Yes we could, and we have lost points by small margins lately, but I just can't see us raising our game enough to score the goals needed. It's not just having goal...

Surely we need a big target man up front...

On an earlier thread I sort of suggested Rose in that role. After yesterday I'll forget that idea and move on. There's nothing wrong with long ball but don't just lump it. Play intelligent balls that the strikers or wingers can run into.

    I'll be brief...

Willis is a good defender but he's not a wing back. I think most of us knew that

What's the minimum acreage for a new stadium?

That That was to include a training base and Academy as well as commercial outlets as i recall. Hardly going to find that in Coventry. And I believe that the commercial outlets are essential if they want a developer to pay for it.,
