Keepers in general mature later than outfield players. And everyone develops at a different rate, there's no set standard. Not that I'm saying Burge is world beater, just being objective.

Only one I'd take out of those is Cox, but I bet he'll go to somewhere like Millwall, Peterborough or Swindon (if they don't go up).

Personally I think he'd be a great foil for a more prolific striker. Sort of like the Andy Keogh role with Billy Sharp at Scunthorpe a few seasons ago.
