    Sam McCallum

He starts off very for me, usually is the stand out player that catches my eye first 15/20 mins, then just rapidly starts to fade. As the games gos on. Thats still not me saying hes been bad. Hes nowhere near got the energy or fitness levels of Dabo. But still young. Its an unforgiving role...

    Matt Godden

Abundance of riches up front if you ask me on current form. Was definenately carrying an injury which explains him being off the pace few weeks ago.

Agree baffling, most in stadium were chuckling. But great finish.

I thought he got better as the game went. I think hes just lost that edge/bite. His trademark for me is how he wins 50/50s. Last year and earlier this year he won every 50/50. Also in a team of wonderfull passers, his passing has been shown up a bit. But in saying that hes irreplaceable he is...

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Portsmouth Match Thread - Tuesday 11th Feb

Maybe im being a bit harsh also, if im really honest didnt rate him highly, always felt he had another gear but rarely saw it. Prefer the midfield as it is now.

    Marosi

Oggy criticised him against brum with the long throw ins, saying he could have taken some heat of defenders which i think is fair point (i wasnt there mind you but il take his word for it.)

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Portsmouth Match Thread - Tuesday 11th Feb

Todays the day we rubber stamp our top 2 credentials. Not season defining, but hoping for a better performance than Saturday.

    Marosi

Good point, but thats a positive imo, at least the defenders arnt thinking Marosi may or may not be coming for this, they know they have to deal with it. The errors by Burge at Sunderland and particularly at Walsall away when he even came to edge of penalty area to clear still haunt. And we we...

    Pompey forum

He completely lost the plot when we went down to 9 men at their place. I think he brought on defender when they were 3-2 up against 9 men, and then substituted the poor fucker for a striker when we equalised. Imagine if Robins did that..lol

    Points targets

Those 3 are must not lose games. 5 points would be incredible. 1 wins and 2 draws. Or may not sound exciting but... Drawing all 3 (especially when we are above 2 of them) is better than winning 1 and losing to 2 of them. If that makes sense...It's the same 3 points.

    Matt Godden

Not even league 2 level! On a serious note brilliant stats.

Lol you could double the prices and most the Hard core will still go. Like I said make it free and you still won't get FANS turn up. Can't give them away for free.

    Biggest difference this season?

We had 20 points after the first 10 games playing with 4 at the back though. Don't forget that decent unbeaten run at beginning of season.

You could make it free and we would only get another 2k in at best.

Evening games are always better atmosphere wise even with a few less souls there.

    Biggest difference this season?

I always feel the best managers are the ones who can change a team cyclically to improve. So far so good under these constraints.

    Sky Blues are going up

Not much of an advantage if your high on confidence but picking up injuries and knackered. There's a reason at the elite level, they want to play less games and want mid season breaks.

    Come and join the party

This team deserves a big crowd every week. The atmosphere was very flat yesterday but as we all know bigger crowd doesn't necessarily mean better atmosphere. But in saying that I'm sure the players are lifted by bigger crowds and potentially more noise.
