    Victor Torp

To the tune of lord of the dance Torp, Torp, plays for the city They make lego in his home country Doug signed him from a club in Norway And he'll lead us all to the prem one day

To be fair since Friday was the day before the match I imagine it was a more tailored session, and obviously quite a light one physically so not quite a 'proper' training day for someone just coming in. But for Vic - it was great his first matchday experience was Saturday and I'm sure our 4,000...

    Ref

The most telling bit of the red card was in the unseen video- watch Faes (crazy hair on the right) straight after the tackle goes in. He turns away with his hands on his head before the ref even takes the card out.

This is what gets me. That was always Thomas’ ball, he gets there miles before KDH. It’s not like your usual 50/50 where you have to be very mindful of contact.

Wilson Lati - Thomas - Binks - JDS Eccles - Allen - Torp New signing - Simms/Godden - Palmer If Simms starts the league game Godden gets the cup and vice versa. Get a winger on loan from the prem and give him a game in this one.

Coventry are cooking again - The Athletic

Decent write up but some oddities in there- Oxford game getting too much of a mention while Cal’s heroics vs blues and statement wins away at Sunderland/Boro are ignored.

Could we sell it out? Saturday surely boosted demand and the league match is already sold so this is people’s next chance to watch us.

    Victor Torp

It's fairly obvious that Torp has been brought in to play alongside Sheaf in the midfield 2.

Where should away fans be situated

Moving them would feel wrong now, I'd just shove them right over into 6/7/8 and sell 10 onwards to home fans. We can limit away capacity to 2,000 if we're regularly selling out for home fans.

    Value in our squad

Can't see us letting Wright, Saka, Sheaf, Milan or Kitching go for less than £10m. Squad probably worth around £100m imo.

Shitsbury-Dull can fuck off. Greatest day at the CBS/Ricoh in recent memory to top off a magnificent run of form. We’re fucking on to something here, this squad can go so far and has so much potential.

Stewards bottlenecking the turnstiles with largely pointless searches, no queue direction/organisation, huge crowds milling around in s fairly restricted space… it’s a shambles

To be fair he only signed on Thursday, probably hasn’t even trained with the team properly yet.
