Have the CT got it wrong?

Mowbray himself said that he'd made progress with a centre back.

If he does it quickly, would that mean he wasn't consistent?

It's quite astounding how accurate this graph is proving to be against our actual league position.

    Coventry City interested in Bigi

It seems to me that Mowbray and McClaren get along well. I won't be surprised if he returns.

    Cov on Talksport now.

Just read both. I know that Chelsea have a lot of youth players and loan them out. It's the fact that they are deliberately lending them for larger loan fees than they pay them and that they aren't interested in their development that I find shocking. Where did you get that from?

    Cov on Talksport now.

Is that true? Chelsea are deliberately taking on every young player they can, paying low and lending for profit? Where did you get the information can you share?

    Thomas

Yes, really, I am serious. And playing at Nunny next season might well be the making of him. It's happened before and I reckon Thomas has better chance of a Phoenix moment than most.

Wolves + other Championship clubs eye Armstrong

It's the inevitable dichotomy. If we obtain a player and he's successful he'll be enticed elsewhere; if he's not then he's little use to us. I guess the ideal position for us is finding players that are only just good enough to fit in a successful side at this level: if Mowbray finds a player...

    Thomas

Don't write off Thomas yet. Personally I think it's a confidence thing with him. There are plenty of late developers in football. I'm not saying he's going to turn around this season or with us but I won't be surprised to see his name in the Premiership in three or so years time.

    Maddison tweet

Maddison certainly looks like a crock. Look at his record over the past ten games.

    The concern for me

I agree with that apart from the tongue in cheek 'cake walk' comment. If he's not the real deal I'll eat Paddy Ashdown's hat. We're only going to get till Summer with him, let's enjoy the moment and look forward to telling surprised friends in the future 'you know, he used to play for Cov'.

    Waggot gone

SISU are so obsessed with the pie money I don't know why they didn't just put a bit in for Greggs instead.

    Ticketing System

The online experience could be improved too. Once you've selected the game it doesn't show which game you are buying tickets for all the way through. I always double check when buying online - just putting the name of the game on the screen as you work through would be helpful.

If you look at the third goal, Vincelot is there again bombing in for the rebound. Great attitude and he'll score a few that way over the season.

    Three novels to show Dickens

I'm not going to claim that Dickens was 'the first modern novelist' or anything pretentious like that. Firstly because I'm not even sure what that means and secondly because I'm sure there are people on this forum who know far more about literature than I do and will dispute the claim; I'm sure...
