With block 14, 15 and 16 you are almost there anyway, just lacks numbers most games. On a good night though - Blues at home this season and the 2 recent JPT games, the support from that part of the ground is quite impressive. Moving away fans closer would help the atmosphere no end in my opinion.

The idea that ALL the teams around us will average 2 points from their games in hand is silly. This is all irrelevant anyway. We need to get 73-76 points come the end of the season. Minimum 26 points from 45. Difficult, but achievable.
