    Mean while back in court

I know you are joking - but seriously, the club wouldn't see a penny of this money. It'll be used to pay something back to SISU to reduce their losses. On the other hand - we may have a chance of keeping the Madderson money - that would be enough to build a very competitive side for L1.

Either possible if Mowbray is permitted to spend up to 50% of the Madderson money.

    Bigi

Do you think that's the issue? I rather thought it was confidence and game savvy where he fell short. Remember that by playing as the pivot he has arguably the highest-pressure position. I think he'll become very good.

The pros and cons of Mowbray

He had the confidence to insist that he had control of the money to spend as he wished; The best season in a very long time - and no evidence that he had more resources to use than any of the others; Acknowledged mistakes quickly and acted (Ramage)

Well I don't spend an awful long time on here - so I'll miss lots of abuse I'm sure - moreover I don't consider myself some kind of forum politeness policeman. Just making the point that it's not very constructive.

Why are you always dismissing anyone that disagrees with you with pejorative terms? I believe it was you (and my apologies if wrong) who called people that support Brexit 'chavs'. There are two sides to every argument.

    Money

I am going to London next week where there will probably be lots of rich people. I was considering door knocking in Mayfair. What sky blue thinking you advice? Germany council flat goldfinch.

Tony Mowbray encouraged by quality of free agents keen to join Coventry City

Not being negative - just looking for balance: there is a risk here that Mowbray is referring to some big names well past their prime. Do we want a team like this? Personally I'd prefer to have a team of younger players with promise on 3 year contracts. We may not do much next season that way...

    Royal Family

It made me laugh a couple of days ago when William responded to criticism that he hasn't been doing many royal engagements. His response was that he was concentrating on his job as being a father. In other words, 5 years paid paternity leave. Nice work if you can get it. EDIT: Can you please...

    Remaining fixtures

I don't get this "too little too late" stuff. Winning five games on the trot would not be too little. It would just be too late.
