Administrator denies he's concluded share was with limited

Didn't the trust meet with the administrator very recently and didn't ask these questions for us? Asking why it is taking so long and what is the hold up in confirming weather by far the most valuable asset of the company he is supposedly running exists or not seems like a no brainer question...

Administrator denies he's concluded share was with limited

bias or incompetent I see no other options for not knowing weather the company he is running has by far it's most valuable asset or not.

    Golden share found!

sorry to put a dampner on this but is this really news? we already knew that the football league thought the golden share was here and this is just a reiteration of that. Of course the football league should be right on this but I dont see that anything is any different now than it was yesturday.

CET: Sky Blues take Coventry City Council to high court over bailout

About 5000 to lift him high at a reasonable rate of assent, I'm not sure about getting to the stratosphere though, presumably the ammount of balloons needed will increase as you get higher due to lower air density. You can definatly get to the stratosphere with helium balloons but I'm not sure...

CET: Sky Blues take Coventry City Council to high court over bailout

It's irrelevant what they have said, the only reason that SISU would be upset with the council taking on the mortgage from the bank is if they wanted the bank to call in the debt and send ACL bust. There is no other explanation for this court case.

if sisu lose this court case

sure, if they have done something wrong they have done something wrong, but the OP was saying I assume we will all condemn the council if they lose the court case, I was saying I wont condemn them for this even if they lose because I believe what they were doing was morally right and while I...

    Tim Fisher Rumour

Is it difficult really?. CCFC are legally tied into that contract of 1.4 mill, it was offered to change that contract to 400k + other benefits. How can not making that agreement weather or not it was everything you wanted or even feel you needed not best for the club? It makes the club 1 mill a...

if sisu lose this court case

wrong, the only reason the council had to step in was because sisu were trying to bankrupt acl, protecting a company that was doing nothing wrong against an attack like this is morally correct whatever the court rules.

    Tim Fisher Rumour

Yes he is working for SISU and not for CCFC, my question is (and it's a question that I dont know the answer too, not a statement) is that actually allowed? isn't he required by law to be doing what is best for CCFC? since he is a director of CCFC. Not accepting the rent deal and instead keeping...

CET: Sky Blues take Coventry City Council to high court over bailout

I was looking from the fence, I don't like the council, I dont like the government, I am biased towards the football club, I'm ambivalent towards ACL/ I want the football club to own the stadium. So actually I was on the opposite side of the fence to ACL and the council. Yet despite being in...

Who's buying a season ticket this year?

Moving to another stadium outside the city even with free rent will be financially worse than paying the 400k rent that was offered to them at the Ricoh, that was the case when they first mentioned moving and it remains the case. That point is even more true if where they move too only holds 5k...

CET: Sky Blues take Coventry City Council to high court over bailout

Im not sure of your point, you are right acl and CCC dont and shouldn't have the power to force out the owner of the football club, it is however perfectly reasonable for them to want someone else when the current owners have been shown not to have the football clubs or the citys interests at...

CET: Sky Blues take Coventry City Council to high court over bailout

Something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it, SISU obviously had planned to buy the loan for 5m if ACL defaulted but they hadn't, ACL have always paid what they owed so why would their mortgage be worth a tiny percentage of what was owed? I owe 100k on my mortgage and have always...

    Tim Fisher Rumour

He's meant to be acting in the best interests of CCFC, it seems to be he is acting in the best interests of SISU and not the club, seems like traitorous is fair to me. How different it could have been for the club if they had accepted the 400k rent deal. We could easily still have Robbins and...

CET: Sky Blues take Coventry City Council to high court over bailout

Pretty amazing on a thread where its pretty much been proved that SISU wanting to destroy ACL over the past year was not conspiracy theory, you and Grendels only posts are critasing the council. Are you not able to look at anything from an unbiased place? Personally I'm far from convinced that...

    Who Pays the Administrator ?

The fact that SISU chose to put the club into administration a day early so they could appoint their own administrator shows they they quite clearly belive either the current administrator will be biased towards them, that the ACL appointed administrator would have been biased against them, or...

Cat 2 academy can only exist where the golden share is

how is this golden share still an issue, why couldn't the administrator answer this by day 2 at the latest, it gives me no confidence in his ability or impartiality

    Joe Elliott Interview Monday Morning

They can't write off ACL debt, if they pay say 30 mill to buy the club from themselves and that is 50p in the pound then they would have to pay acl half of what they owe them surely? but im still very concerned about the scenario you suggest

    Who's had the worst season?

If sisu had paid the rent a couple of months back it really could have been such an amazing season, perhaps keeping mcgoldrick, probably keeping Robins, strengthening in the window and play off contenders, perhaps the crewe jpt would have been different too. I was having alot of fun untill then...
