Heard someone who has studied this mention their concern that 'advantage' and 'unfair advantage' are being used interchangeably. A 7 foot basketball player has an advantage over a 6 foot basketball player. Nobody is suggesting basketball players be segregated by physical characteristics.

You mentioned in an earlier post your concern that 'women and girls are being put off' from playing sport. I'm not sure that singling out individuals and reporting them for what seems to equate to not looking feminine enough is going to create a welcoming atmosphere.
