Rose, McCann & Stokes would be in team if fit and would make it 100% better. The squad is too thin, has too few players in 25-32 age range where most players reach their peak effectiveness and if you lose most of those guys, well you lose games. Simples.

Ricketts still has a contract till end of season. Even though he has retired I suppose the club still has to pay him, though there might be an insurance payout to cover the costs.
