    Homophobic chanting

And do you know where I was accepted for being short; effeminate and fucking good at maths? Investment banks! That's where they loved me... investment banks. They don't give a shit what colour or sexuality you own. Although I reckon I may have done better if I were 4 inches taller. Third...

    Homophobic chanting

And yes, this is no longer football. And, Nick, if you deem it necessary, delete the fuck out of my recent posts (two bottles of Cava and counting). It really pisses me off - this intellectual-lite fuckwit philosophy of identity politics - and all the incentives for people to claim...

    Homophobic chanting

Each person perceives their existence as an individual. We are not subsets of some Identity-Politik. Look at the macro - not the micro; I am not a number. Having written that - absolutely I condemn any prejudice against homosexuality. What is wrong here is bullying. If you constantly chase...

    Homophobic chanting

It's a difficult one this - and by this, I mean bullying. Personally, I don't get why certain types of bullying seem to get super-powers over other types. I imagine it's because generally, people aren't very bright (average IQ is 100!). So they find it easier to understand the micro specific...

Transfer Rumour Incoming - Callum O'Hare - Season Loan

Always used to be Leicester when I lived in Cov in the 70s. We'd sing: ' We hate <opposing team> and we hate <opposing team>...' (I remember the tune but don't know what it is. Ended with 'we are the <opp team> haters') 'and Leicester' was interjected on the second line. Never recall...

Amazing how opposition fans see things

I don't think we can cut out individual mistakes such as the mcfadz feet juggling. Everyone is going to have moments like that over a season, and we will benefit from some.

    Highlights

Both of Dabo's yellows look harsh to me. For the first, he was clearly watching the ball and going for a header. For the second, it's not even clear to me that it hit his arm - could well be the edge of the chest. Both of Kastaneer's are deffo yellows though.

    Exciting loan tomorrow?

Is it January Jones (Winter)? She's got her full combat kit on in this clip.

    McFazdean

What does that even mean? When the players get together where, for coffee? And why does he jump in? He'll spill the drinks and someone will get a nasty scald.

    Exciting loan tomorrow?

His first is in grin but not in smile His second is in inch but not in mile. He can spin forever without getting dizzy. Can you riddle me ree? I have no bloody idea who it is, but this seems about the level of this thread. Is it fucking Rumpelstiltskin?

    Transfer Rumour Jordan Young signs

We're not blocking their path; we are creating competition and mitigating for the fact that not all of them will progress as we hope they might. We can loan and it seems to be a production line of those who succeed being sold - opening up opportunities for the next wave. It's not like we have...

I believe that I wrote that it was 'perhaps an opportunity'. A far cry from insisting we mix things up now.

I agree. Max wins almost everything in the air that comes to him. If he can get the same understanding with Godden as he forged with McWankty, he could turbo-drive Godden's goal count.

All three are good. Perhaps an opportunity to play 3 central defenders to free up wing-backs to attack more?

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Exeter City Match Thread - Tuesday 13th Aug

Didn't see the game but have seen the highlights (really just the goals) this morning. It struck me how much space we had when driving forward - especially for Dabo's run. Any views on whether Exeter just weren't defending well in midfield or is this the start of the counter-attacking game...
