Exactly, I like O'hare, great player for us and would keep him if possible. But there are plenty of players who excel in the championship and struggle to contribute for bottom half sides (see: Adam Armstrong etc). To expect a player who’s had a decent but not outstanding season to add anything...

Got to take them in context though. Hudds finished 23rd and scored 48, us 9th/70. You'd expect the same player to look much better statistically playing for us than them.

Chances created is a low quality stat imo, assuming this is Opta's methodology. It's just assists + passes to a player who shoots. So doesn't really describe that much about creating good chances, just means the receiver had a shot.
