When I saw the ticker thing on SSN news earlier, when talking about tonights team news, I was pleasantly surprised. It said something like 'O'hare in contention soon'. I know that's quite ambiguous but I wasn't expecting anything like that for another month or so.

It would. And as CVD says, you might not necessarily see the whole pitch 100% of the time, but you can more than make an informed opinion on a game, even if you're not there. You can also make judgements based on feedback, from reports, from peoples commentary on here etc. Not 100% perfect...
