I remember when I was a youngster (only talking about 15 years ago) how America was seemingly revered by all. The last 5 years or so has really opened my eyes. A vile country with little morals and a real-life demonstration of why absolute free market capitalism should never arrive on these shores.

I’d possibly dispute the hard worker tag as well. Maybe on the pitch he does a bit of closing down, but given he’s barely improved one iota since coming in I’d be concerned over what he spends his training time doing.

Fair comment - Hyam I think was seen to be on the fringes of first team as soon as he came in. If I recall correctly, he was in the match day squad from the get go. McCallum I think you’ve got a point on.

Conscious decision as I don’t think Robins gets involved in signings for the u23s. That’s mainly been dealt with by Stevens/Farndon to the best of my knowledge. James Pearson was essentially a trialist, I’ll give you Carl Baker as I couldn’t recall him being signed (even when I read it).
