Another 10k this morning and broke the hour mark (58:28), which is an achievement for me (previous PB was 1:02:10). Really struggled about 4 miles in and felt like my legs were going to give way after 5-5.5. Managed to get through it and sped up again towards the end, but it was hard.

In a nutshell, this is part of the reason I packed in. Have been getting the urge to get back playing recently but don’t fancy a broken ankle off some fella who’s still steaming from the night before.

Very good technical player. That Millwall performance along with Maddison, Armstrong and O’Brien was pure class. I’d agree with that. No issue with Murphy as he was clearly a good player, but I think it changed the dynamic of the frontline who had gelled really well early on.
