Yeah well with the club being run the way it is I should imagine staff retention is going to become a problem (if it isn't already) and not just on the playing side.
I suspect the husk of an asset stripped non-league club will be sold to highest bidder in about 4 years time. I do not believe the vendors will have any regard to the character of the new owner.
You are putting the cart before the horse.
The losses would happen anyway, the club is so badly managed this disaffected and inadequate squad can't get a win for love or money, they're a frigging embarrassment.
Maybe the decision was not to bring in anyone else (except an inexpensive striker) thus keeping within cashflow limits and look towards getting better fees in the summer.
