are you talking about SCMP (ffp)? I'd have thought the income from selling wilson and the Arsenal money will mean we are no where near being restricted by SCMP. You are possibly right that it will be the smallest playing budget in the league but thats sisus choice not something forced upon them.

I don't think many people at all predicted relegation last year, I think the common view was we were going to struggle though and could easily be in a relegation battle but were more likely to stay up and while it didn't look like that was the case till after Christmas it ended up being pretty...
