im saying i would rather lose a few now to force King into a decision yes... Watching Carr pick up the odd result (which is exactly what we've done all season) and still be in charge post Christmas, would you want that? I dont want King to think thats an option

if you are now after a head coach as opposed to a manager, assuming the only real difference is "say in transfer market dealings" why do you not want the "head coach" to have this input any more? If that's not the case, what do you see as the difference between a head coach and a manager?

Dougs words - we are going to take our time...doesnt suggest a couple of weeks to me. He may have a plan, its just odd he wouldn't say he has. Would you take us picking up similar points to what we already have by Christmas and Carr still being in charge?

based on his statement (which may not be true tbf!) he doesnt know who he wants and isnt going to make a decision quickly, so its impossible to say whether its right or wrong yet. i'm just suggesting if we fumble along for a bit with the odd result he may just leave it and delay, which doesnt...

right now i dont want any more cards in Kings hands to "prove" he made the right decision... His statement effectively confirming nobody is lined up and we wont rush anything, i would rather he gets this sorted quickly, than "waiting and seeing" - if losing a couple of games sorts that...
