In my humble opinion he needs time, regardless of what people think. I wouldnt judge him until the transfer window ends in Jan 2014, as this gives him time to assemble his own team in his own style, after a complete pre season. Hopefully then the team might have better prospects than it does...

It was just nice to hear fairly reasoned assessments from normal everyday fans, rather than the random idiot (well aprt from the bloke who moaned about our fans booing their injured player) that you can get on phone ins etc.
