    Rioch calls out Higgs/PWKH

First it was ACL's fault the bill wasn't paid for the Ricoh arrangement and now it is the Alan Higgs centre's fault the training bill hasn't been paid. I suggest to Gregor Rioch he takes his squad to the Memorial Park with a few cones and balls and train them there, might do them good to slum it...

Cat 2 academy can only exist where the golden share is

I am sure the whereabouts of the Golden Share is known and is why Elliott and Hoffman have made their move publically. But at the moment there is an appeal from sisu about the points deduction and the administration issue is still at court, nothing will happen until they are out of the way.

    next season...

Think i could build a promotion squad and not spend a penny in transfer fees, there will be plenty of quality players about on free transfers, but you have to pay the going rate wages wise to get them

Did someone Say SISU could bid

But if they (sisu) buy ccfc ltd back with the Golden Share are they essentially new owners of a football club currently in the Football League all be it perhaps with a different name. Will they have to pass the "fit and proper" persons test to own/run a football club in this country ?

Probably wont happen but is this the shrewdest move yet

But you have to compete and the whole thing will fail if you can't and that includes wages. There are loads of ways around that. For example as poor as we are we can sellmore season tickets than Crewe Alexanders ground holds, does it mean we have more income than they do so therefore can pay...

Probably wont happen but is this the shrewdest move yet

What can anyone do about it ? earnings are earnings and sponsorship are earnings. Owning half the Ricoh each stand has a sponsor, more earnings. Loads of ways to get round it.

Probably wont happen but is this the shrewdest move yet

Well i think this has been well planned by the good guys (JE & GH). I also think influence and a bit of insider knowledge has been used to manouver sisu into their present position. I for one don't believe for one minute nobody knows where this all important Golden Share is. After the failed bid...

So the station is ACLs responsibility now, unbelieveble

Probably wont happen but is this the shrewdest move yet

Surely all Heskell or any new owners need to do is sponsor us for 3/4/5 million a year that increases revenue streams and i think the penalty for going over the ffp is a transfer embargo, what's new ?

New Independent Supporters Club - Open Meeting

Long overdue a new proper supporters club. The old one in it's heyday was strong and independant, paid for the Sky Blue stand (£80000) opposite the main stand in the very early Jimmy Hill days only to be kicked out later for the bar called Strikers and relocated in Freehold Street. May 29th...

    Yes or no... Mr Administrator

I think the good guys (Elliott and Hoffman) have worked to a plan and time scale for months. I just can't believe nobody knows where this Golden Share is and the significance of it being in ccfc ltd something sisu missed., i also think there are factions in cohoots, don't forget there has been...

Would a new regime stick with the manager ?

Have to agree, why is it our fans look backwards ? Dowie was overrated and hasn't had that many clubs since has he.

Would a new regime stick with the manager ?

Pressley cannot be judged on what is happening presently. He has lost his main striker and best player, Leon Clarke, he has also lost his most experienced and best defender in Richard Wood, he has been without left back Blair Adams, lost Blairs loan replacement and been unable to bring any new...

Would a new regime stick with the manager ?

If a new broom rides into town will they stick with the present manager ? I don't think the American, if it's him, would know one manager from another. For me I think they should initially but pressure is sure to be on immediately and promotion will be a minimum requirement and being well in the...

    worst manager...

Don McKay and Don Howe by miles, followed closely by Terry Butcher. His problem was he is the most arrogant self centred bloke i ever met, which obviously came across in the dressing room.

Joe Elliot Rousing Speech last night

Don't keep being negative about Elliott and his dealing with sisu in 2007, we were very much in the shite then as now and sisu appeared to be the only player in town at the time although Geoffrey Robinson says different. It is about where we are now and that is almost at deaths door.
