No I am not. There is a big difference to someone sitting on a stage making comments and giving answers then a person making a comment from the floor. The accusation is, he was pulling the strings as he was a board member in theory he is a trust member with his own thoughts.

You said he was on the stage was he or wasn't he. By making out he was on the stage you make out he is a board member or an influence to them. If he is on the floor in the audience then he is just another member at a meeting.
