Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

Nah, Dougal is dim but harmless and endearing with it.

That probably was it. I remember with a few minutes to go he needed one more goal and we scored and he was delirious as he was going to win a fair bit of money. Then we scored again a few minutes later and he was utterly dejected.

    Oliver Dovin

Will still likely be a few months before he's even considered for actual game time.

I remember in the 90s there was a cup game we won by a ridiculous score, like 9-0 or something, and a guy a few rows in front had put a tenner on us to win 8-0 or something. When the last goal went in a few minutes from time everyone was too busy watching his reaction to bother celebrating.

Sorry, but in my head that's being read by Alan Bennett.

    Jay Dasilva

I was there and I saw what I saw too. I didn't see them get behind him 6 or 7 times so I want to know when they were. Trust me, I've very much been a critic of Dasilva and him being caught out by the long ball into space behind him. If it happened I would have taken note.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

You do realise a President doesn't do it all themselves, right? They delegate and bring in other people to help them achieve their goals. Trump does too. He put a vaccine sceptic with a worm in his brain and who dumps dead bears in Central Park in charge of health, a woman who ran wrestling in...

    25/26 January Transfer Window

Except for when he's injured. Like now. And even then it's worth having that slightly different option in case he's having an ineffective game. Give the opposition something else to think about. I think I'd go for more of a ball-carrying 10 so it offers that versality in that position. We...

    Judging the Frank Lampard change

The thing I worry with that is are the players going to be over exerting and we're going to run into injury problems playing two games a week in the freezing winter? Are levels going to drop off towards the end of the season as players just can't do it anymore? If we had a bigger squad we could...

    Sheffield Wednesday "on the pitch"

IF they do invade the pitch I hope it's early. Would be worse if we spent 80+ minutes expending energy for them to then get the game abandoned.

Not really much he can do if his club won't accept an offer for him.

Match Thread Millwall FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Wednesday 1st Oct

Midweek away game so will predict our first loss. 2 - 0 to them. I would of course be disappointed with that and would hope to leave with at least a point, but we do seem to be terrible when we play midweek.

    Brum player ratings

7's and 8's all round. Dasilva MotM Special mention for Eccles return from injury in an unfamiliar position and did well. I also felt that Simms put himself about and should have got a penalty had we not scored. Seen people say 'but he got a shot away so why a pen'. It was a weak shot...

    Jay Dasilva

Dasilva did at least three good tackles or dispossessed their winger yesterday. The defending he had to do he did very well.

I would give it to Dasilva too. Was immense.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

And why would Reform/Farage solve these? Look at what he stands for. He wants money to go to the rich, so expect large cuts in tax which will only make things like ambulance services worse. He has talked about having a more American, insurance based healthcare system so if you want an ambulance...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Farage, not the typical career politician, who entered politics *checks notes* in 1994 when he stood in a by election. So over 30 years in politics, but that's not a career apparently. He doesn't speak common sense - he peddles easy answers. He did that with Brexit and it didn't solve the...
