    Odds

http://www.oddschecker.com/football/english/league-1/next-season-winner I am thinking the bookies best price with Skybet of 25/1 is generous looking at the teams above us top 3 is not out the question for the each way money. Man Utd (5/1) Hull (9/1) City (25/1) Pompy (5/1) 5850/1 worth £1?

What does this mean for us?

The creep effect, Wasps will start to blur the lines this season and I would imagine if we start taking " their" fans they could try and make us play all sorts of days. I know it's said we have first rights but I am sure this could be challenged as they own the stadium not us. I hope wasps...

    villa after maddison?

We would get ripped off if we let the lad go now. One good season in the league and his awareness and subsequent value will skyrocket. A 5m payoff and a solid, entertaining end product would be nice

    Promotion/playoffs odds?

I hear Joy has had a punt at 16/1 on betfair and is waiting to "green up" after the first big player signing!!

    CCFC Shop

I hope not, it seems we sell tickets fast when the fans have a little panic about missing out.

    Aspirations

Top 2 has to be the aim. The playoffs are a lottery I don't want to buy a ticket for unless we have to.

    Aspirations

A cup final would be nice, but for me it's all about top 2 or failing that top six next season.

    Early bird

End of June I believe. Either way don't delay we need you as do the players and the best manager in league 1 next season. For the first time in a while I can say with conviction we will be challenging at the right end of the table. PUSB

    SISU, Swansea and CCFC

Thank you you to the above responder. This was an honest post and it's a shame some decide to high jack it and use it as an opportunity to be disrespectful and dismissive of SISU. I for one am desperate for success again and an real enough to know SISU will only use self generated cash to run...

    SISU, Swansea and CCFC

I know its a controversial point to ever espouse any slight positives about SISU and I for one frankly don't have many. However I feel after decades of decline that pre dated SISU there must be more to CCFC's demise than one self centered hedge fund. Yes its abundantly clear SISU wanted land and...

    Trevor Carson

Fellow Gloucestershire Sky Blue fan here. I have mates with ST's at Cheltenham, defo not the most enjoyable of seasons. What part of Gloucester you from and how many games you see a season?

    Grant Ward

If the vision is to win League 1 we need him back along with a few others. This division is not special and with some real quality and energetic committed young players is very winnable. Grant is better than L1 but that's really why we need him and a few others that make people surprised.

    ***Relegation Thread***

I was thinking the same but then again after years of PL dogfights I would prefer if we could avoid any last minuet spanners in the works.

Price reduction : Guess the crowd for Crewe

Very marketing speak - in reality no one "needs" to watch football its all about the "want". My issue is we have many fans who if it happened would want more than anything to be watching city in the Prem and would be like a child waiting for Christmas in the 3 mile long Que round the ticket...

Not sure the slightly harsh tone was needed but I agree with your sentiment.

    Who does this sound like?

Elvis after another defeat? Managers who always make excuses for their team by default are excusing themselves.

    Barton

Looks nice on the ball at times but without it makes us lightweight. He needs to toughen up and work on his lack of tackling and pressing ability maybe then he would be a real asset to the first team. Bench for now.

    Nouble

Have rated some of his attributes since he arrived. With serious application and match day effort he could thrive in this league. His goal at the weekend and the one v pboro shows he has potential not many have at this level.
