    Where does the fault lie

I did ask in the OP where does the fault lie and most are saying the obvious our defence. In the January window Steve Pressley brought in central defender Danny Seabourne, he also brought in on loan 3 strikers one of which buggered off back home, a wide player from QPR and took on free agent...

    Where does the fault lie

Around Christmas time we were handily placed in the league having pulled back the 10 point deduction and within striking distance of the play-offs, so where does the blame lie ? Defence despite bringing in centre half Danny Seabourne leaks goals like a sieve, has Pressley done enough on that...

    Andy Webster

During our pre- Christmas purple patch Jordan Clarke was Webster's partner in the centre of defence and received constant criticism on here, now it seems he's the man

Football League are Asking Questions About the New Stadium

But the big question is What can be done if sisu/otium/arvo don't provide evidence of how, when or where the ground will be built

Bigfatronssba.....I issue you a challenge put you excellent thread onto GMK and wait and watch for the cordoroy, desert boot, cardigan wearing geeks with patches on their jacket elbows to spring into action.

    Apathy

The reality is this website along with GMK represent little more than a fanny full of fans yet some posters seem to think they are the mouth piece of all. What you are saying is sadly pretty accurate imo. Less and less fans are bothered now, I use a pub in Bell Green which has been a real ccfc...

    Tim Sherwood

Clubs like Tottenham do not afford the likes of Tim Sherwood the time to develop a team. Until the harsh penalty and sending off they were in with a shout but once you are down to 10 men and 2-0 down to a team like Chelsea with 40 minutes to go 4-0 isn't so bad, unfortunately the Spurs higher...

Lack of publicity to our plight IN COVENTRY

We have about 11 months to secure the 100000 signatures needed. With the summer months approaching more people out and about, things like the Godiva festival to exploit there are plenty of "home" voters to grab. IMO the trouble is there are loads of fans not on the internet, never read a website...

    Steven pressley

The big test will come next season, with no embargo shackling the club Pressley can bring in the players he wants, there will all probably be freebies but will indicate exactly how he wants us to play. I just hope he can work without the clown Waggott putting his oar in.

    Nuneaton

Football league is a step too far for them, take them over, move them to the Ricoh, change the name and leave sisu holding the baby and debts in Northampton

Labovitch on BBC CWR at 6 tonight

The conclusion I have come to is staying up is paramount. It will give us another 24 months in the football league

    The Future

If sisu win this JR who is to say they will acquire the Ricoh Arena. If the arena is put up for sale who is to say sisu will be the only interested party, in fact I am certain there would be other interest.

    Pistorious

In my opinion as guilty as sin but a national hero and that unfortunately counts. Got shades of that farcacle O.J. Simpson trial a few years ago. Even if it was a burglar 4 shots is excessive force surely. I think I read it was a magnum gun too. One shot would have blew her head off.

    No Christie = Clean Sheet

I knew that would bring a predictable immature response but I think if you have a good look both are in the Premiership having helped lead Cardiff to promotion and have played plenty of games this season, would that have happened at Coventry ?

    No Christie = Clean Sheet

We have not had a striker for weeks, Christie was top scorer at the academy for 4 years I believe but was converted . As for to full back and you have to say successfully. But why in our hour of need wasn't he given a run up front as a forward, what was there to lose. I think he is really good...

    No Christie = Clean Sheet

Cyruss Christie is our best player. In the next year or so when he moves on we will be lamenting yet another home grown starlet plying his trade up the divisions, like Arron Gunarsson who got plenty of stick on here, likewise Ben Turner. Also if it wasn't for Joe Murphy, another who gets stick...

    Shrewsbury Match Thread

Sacking Pressley ! what a joke statement. The villains of our demise is two fold TIM FISHER and STEVE WAGGOTT selling player after player promising replacements, never happens, relegation should it happen would be down the those two not the manager

Do you think any of the Loanees will stay?

I am certain Steve Waggott will be trying his best to get some of them "through the door" Which way though ?
