Wonder if any players will come out anytime soon, unlikely.

Cup Game vs Boreham Wood to be the Sunday

Definitely have to spank them good & proper or we'll be plagued by Sutton/Boreham Wood mentions for ever more. On a more positive note this draw offers City an easy passage to a bigger tie in the next round, don't knock it!

    Boris Johnson

Osbourne is lurking in the shadows, is a safe by-election coming up or is he waiting to stand for Mayor of London?

    Oh Jeremy Corbyn

Admit it you don't understand how it is supposed to work, you just support it without reason or analysis, your attitude is rather like a religious belief.

    Oh Jeremy Corbyn

You still can't explain where the so called EU democracy is can you, referring me to some essays!

    Oh Jeremy Corbyn

You can't explain or understand it either so you attempt to change the topic, LOL.

    Oh Jeremy Corbyn

I have but I don't understand it, please tell me how it works (or how you think it works).

    Oh Jeremy Corbyn

Tell you what, describe what the EU system of government is, I'm sure as a fan you understand it well and will be able to explain it in simple terms that illustrate it's democratic credentials.

    Oh Jeremy Corbyn

Voted likewise, the politicians have been trying to sneak these major changes through treaty by treaty over decades, if all of Europe could vote on the principle and did so I would be OK with it, but the people get no voice on the direction of travel in the EU and never will.

    Oh Jeremy Corbyn

EU rules mean 15% VAT is lowest standard rate, the UK charges a little more than Germany(19%) and the UK rate is generally lowish compared to most EU countries. PS It was the Conservative-Liberal coalition government that raised VAT to 20%

SISU 10th Anniversary @ CCFC approaching

Yes, I'd think so Joy & Tim have got to see they have no other way out. I see no reason why the consortium should spend money foolishly. Doesn't it give you more confidence if they are good negotiators and pay the right price? I think we have to wait for JR2 to be booted out, perhaps this time...

    Things that annoy you

I always refuse to give personal details, a lot of the staff seem surprised, I'm more surprised most people agree to answer intrusive & unnecessary questions.

    Oh Jeremy Corbyn

WTF is a Labour politician doing supporting shit like this!
  16. Captain Dart

    Dale Evans .......

Well so what, don't think its a deal maker or breaker, frankly I don't care if he is genuine or a fraud as long as there is a serious consortium with members who will do their best to look after the club and get it back where it belongs, to a level befitting the only fully professional team in...

    Dale Evans .......

Dale Evans is an unnecessary complication, Hoffman has a consortium of "Coventry businessmen" which he is the front man. All the other sensible consortium members don't want any publicity until a deal is done & dusted, very wise too. Hoffman just said "When, or if, there is something to...
