All gone quiet over there !!!!

They are silent because they have nothing to say, have they been told to shut up ? might have especially if a deal of some sort is being discussed. Wishful thinking, yes I suppose but I believe our return to the Ricoh and the Wasps deal are not unconnected and the next stage if there is one...

The one that got away...Big Nathan Cameron?!

We certainly have a great academy we supply half the league with good players.

    Your Most Satisfying Victory

Apart from the obvious I would say the 6th round win v Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsbrough, a tough tie and winning that one convinced me it was our year. Wednesday were a formidable side that year especially at home and especially in the cup.

Yes I did and if I had my way it would be shown at the start of each home game on the big screen, just a reminder to those running our club, how it is done.

Block 15 - Closed off section

You won't get that type of behaviour at a Wasps match, shitting and pissing behind the scoreboard ffs! In fact you will quiet likely be sat next to an opposing fan drinking a beer while enjoying the action, no gestures to away fans sat 50 yards away either, I suppose it's a question of up bringing.

It was the best Wembley final and had the result been 3-2 to Spurs we would never of heard the last of it from Fleet Street. It was end to end for 120 minutes and could have been more goals. Had the best goal scored in a cup final too, forget Ricky Villas dribble v Man.City should have been...

    so it was Reda

It isn't good though is it. I am from the old fashioned school of thought that within the dressing room that's where it stays and the manager is always the boss, once he loses that he is finished. Read nice guy Bobby Robson's autobiography about a fight in his early days at Ipswich with Danny...

    so it was Reda

There will always be apparentlys and rumours when a statement such as Pressley came out with after the Worcester match. He should really have said nothing or everything.

    so it was Reda

I heard that too, Johnson was sticking up or even protecting the hapless Burge apparently.

    "a busy January"

Bad enough the state of loans and freebies Pressley has brought in, the thought of him running about with a few hundred thousand to spend is a frightening thought.

    Pressley been sacked???

I heard yesterday at the casino he had, my love for him prevented me from putting it on here.

    The Pitch Situation

Who is responsible for the pitch, Wasps, ACL or SISU ?
  15. R

It's time to distress SISU as owners and let the club go under and start afresh

It needs someone to make them an offer they can't refuse !

    The Butts Stadium

I thought the council had some sort of dibs on that ground too ?
  17. R

    What SISU should do next?

Have to agree with that, we are at a watershed moment I believe. SISU must be backed up against the wall now. We have 5000 season ticket holders now so including walk up and away fans 7/8000 is as good as it will get.
  18. R

    who's next?

It is also about getting players to play, Pressley can't for whatever reason. Lets take yesterdays opponents Notts County, in a bigger financial mess than us but Shaun Derry has them fired up and playing, it was said on radio yesterday County had 6 players missing if that is true than fucking hell !
  19. R

    who's next?

Lets bloody hope so, but even if they do can they afford that ? The only thing which might happen is he stays on the pay roll on gardening leave but it will need to be a big garden he has a number of assistants too, a new manager will want his own I would think.
  20. R

    who's next?

SISU cannot afford to sack him, don't know what he earns but even if it is just 2 grand a week it will cost £400k.
