On O'Nien, these are just last night...
Ignore the Ogbene flop in the first clip, that's not even O'Nien (or barely even a foul) but can't link the second vid without it for some reason.
Sunderland fans don't even think they're fouls btw.
£100 fine & some community service. Only banned from football for 4 years too (why is it not life?). Given he admitted assaulting Ramsdale & also throwing numerous coins it's a remarkably soft sentence.
@ccfctommy
Looks like the tweet you linked has been deleted but here's the video again.
Sounds like he's been identified but whoever this is should be doing some serious jail time.
Yeah... Been to both clubs many times & never had any issues but both have a bit of a reputation. Almost went last night but thankfully didn't.
From what I understand Nuneaton fans were throwing flares pretty much from the off & once they went 2-0 down threw them into the Tamworth fans which...
Luckily for him you only need 5 Serie A appearances to qualify for a winners medal. Surely he can manage 1 more before the season finishes given that they've basically wrapped up the title already??
There's actually a 3rd foul in there too. Their player at the back post, on the 6 yard line pushes McNally so that he's under the flight of the ball & can't challenge for the header.
You're wrong.
The gap in the defence & nobody picking up the scorer is because there's a clear foul on his marker (Bidwell). It's clearly a clever, pre-planned routine by Rotherham & well spotted by the officials. There's also a shirt pull on Wilson although difficult to see from this angle.
It's one you'd probably expect him to get a hand to but required a really strong wrist to keep it out & push it behind. It's a very good stop.
As said before, the following one from the resulting corner is even better imo.
That account is hilarious, the guy who runs it has zero knowledge or understanding of the Laws of the Game & 90% of the "Refereeing Mistakes" aren't mistakes at all.
On this one though, yep as blatant a red card as you'll see.
