    Samuel Enquiry

I get the feeling Reading manager. Steve Clarke doesn't rate Samuel that much supposedly on the hunt for a couple of strikers. I think Samuel is okay at our level and could kick on, needs the right partner though

Conor Thomas has come back hungry

Surely you have to take the managers way of wanting to play and for some strange reason Steven Pressley wanted two deep midfielders often Thomas and Fleck both went backwards form wise, Mowbray won't be doing that, Thomas as all the squad deserve a fresh start I doubt they will though

Conor Thomas has come back hungry

No mark supporters, bullies hiding behind their keyboards convinced they know better probably never played the game. Mowbray has a reputation making young players better and he will here I believe Conor Thomas has it in his locker to be one I believe and I have high hopes for young Haynes too

Conor Thomas has come back hungry

We have people on here who love scapegoats, players to knock and slag and Conor Thomas fits their bill unfortunately as does Haynes, I think both could surprise

    Mowbray wants five more

Good chance of playing Reading in 2016/17 or even by passing them, poor outfit

    Pre - season friendlies

I am glad the opening 2 games are against relegated teams Wigan and Millwall, we all like to win opening games but pressure is off us to some extent and even losing both not earth shattering. Having said that both were poor last season and deservedly relegated, so they weren't good enough...

Loads of clubs around that area from apart from the cockney clubs theres Luton to Stevenage to Southend to Gillingham to Wycombe and others, none actually in London but in that neck of the woods. If i was him i would stay with Mowbray but if he is homesick cash in.

    Season Ticket Sales

Not read all the threads but regards season ticket sales. I think taking the last two or three years into account, how the club was run, Sixfields, the Thorn era and the Pressley era, some of the worst home displays in memory selling 4700+ STs is about what i epected. The Mowbray era hasn't...

"Compensation rights" how much could that be ? Notice the lad is a London boy so may have been tapped by a club that way

    TM's Appeal...

"Players in the pipeline" ? The most significant statement in that article still 3 weeks to go before the big kick-off and i suspect a number of newbies in that time probably the back end of this month so contracts start August a mixture of loans and signings, might generate a few ST sales but...

    Kyle Spence

Just picked up a nippett on the radio saying ex-Crystal Palace player offered a 2 year contract so as i have never seen him i wondered if he was any good. Don't even know what position he is but reading his profile looks like a winger or to use the modern terminology a wide midfielder.

Do you want quality or quantity Think of Nounble, Jackson, McCouid, Coulably I could go on

    Half way through July

Patients is the key. Mowbray has confirmed what he is after and my betting is there's been plenty of chat with his prey. Still think Michael Jacobs and Dominic Samuel are high on his list and we are just waiting the ok from their parent clubs, the other name doing the rounds is Rueben Reid...

    Steven Pressley Watch

I am about as interested in Pressley as David Cameron is in the working class

    Ruben Lameiras

It might not just be Mowbray taking his time coming to a decision Lameiras may have options too.

    Terry Bly: The Modest Marksman

Terry Bly had a thunderbolt shot, either foot and when playing that quarter final against Manchester United in the second half at 1-1 Bly hit a blaster that smashed the bar, some say it went in, hit the stancheon and came out so who knows what might have happened had that gone in.
