Arsenal are the only truly top club in for him. And even they weren't completely sold - Sesko was their first choice and they obviously weren't prepared to pay top dollar. I think Vik's tactics have definitely helped this deal along.

I didn't blame him at all for leaving us? Sporting was a big step up, top tier football, fighting for major trophies and playing in Europe. Can't really begrudge him that. And we got a very fair price for him.

Vik is 27, not 21. Just had the best season of his career. This was almost certainly his best, and possibly only chance to move to a truly top club as the main man. Don't blame him for making it happen.

He played and scored for their first team and they wanted to keep him but he had a silly low release clause and Chelsea tempted him away. He'd be an unbelievable signing for us but not realistic imo. Would have prem interest.

They did £15 last year and we only got 12k. We'll make more money at £20 a ticket.

Lol Reminds me of last season, made the effort midweek. Restricted view seat and had to crane my neck out to see all of the pitch. And a pretty crap performance from us.
