    No expense spared then ?

I'd also want to be escorted on said conveyor belt by a monkey butler and greeted at my seat by Michelle Keagan. If not, you can stick your railway station.

    transfers

Yeah, this. It's the 1st June...the window doesn't officially open until the 1st July, but I'd expect us to announce a few new signings before then. It would be nice to be the first team to announce a new signing for next season but I won't get my knickers in a twist if we haven't signed...

    No expense spared then ?

What were you expecting? Waterloo?! Has it got a platform from which to get on/off trains? Tick. Has it got a railway track for said trains to travel to and from other stations? Tick. Does it have a shelter to keep some poor souls from getting wet? Tick. Is it located right next to the...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/32588200 You do know it's only the 1st June today Astute and there's hardly been any transfer activity bar a handful of clubs in League One (less than 10 total players transferred in)?? Or have I missed the sarcasm?!

    Realistic good signings.

What? I'm confused...he plays for Wolves but chose Swindon over Coventry as it was closer to home? Does he live in Cardiff or something?

City fans thoughts on cheap season ticket prices!

Ultimately though Noggin, isn't just a case of 11 players on a Saturday afternoon, wearing a Sky Blue Football kit representing the club/city? That's all that should matter.

City fans thoughts on cheap season ticket prices!

F*ck me....this is a bloody depressing thread! I'm not saying we should be lording it over the owners for doing something right at long last but with the prices and getting TM to sign, that's certainly a step in the right direction. Some poster mentioned a bond that was set in stone was broken...

That's just common sense...no inside information needed. You start well, your odds shorten so whatever you took looks good...you start badly, your odds drift. That's how betting and odds work Mr T.

Is that how long ago it was?! F*ck me! I was sure that the table printed on the inside of one of my late 80's season compilations showed us 6th one season. Wow...so then, we've never finished Top 6 in my 35 years on this wonderful place we call earth. Unbelievable. We've got to do it some time...

    Odds

I think we've finished top 6 once in my lifetime....87 or 88 if I recall correctly. I guess we've got to finish top 6 again sometime.

    Investment rumour.

Some initial thoughts into your queries OSB.... - the local residents are not going to be happy (Baginton and down through in to Finham). Local residents are normally never happy with ventures like this. Any local objection is still unlikely to stop any planned construction. Something as...

    Investment rumour.

Stadiums (unless you're building the San Siro or Nou Camp etc) aren't any bigger than your average airport terminals now. If anything, modern terminals are probably taller than the likes of St Marys, iPro, Ricoh etc.
