Why I will go to Wembley

I'm going because this is pretty much a once in a lifetime event and we might not even exist in a couple of years. For those who weren't there in 87 (me included), this is a great opportunity to see OUR team at Wembley. And potentially the last. I cannot fathom why anyone wouldn't want to...

Just popped in to see if this was still a bitch fight and by and large it is. Carry on. I'll pop by tomorrow for an update....

    London Calling.

FFS, regardless if it's a tin-pot competition (you can only win what you're entered into), regardless if u-23 teams were in the cup this year (they're not in the final...), regardless of the fact that we might be relegated (we will), can we not just fucking enjoy the day out at Wembley? For one...

Match Thread Coventry v Gillingham Match Thread - Saturday 18th Feb

Is that then a double negative so it's now a positive? In that case, does that mean my prediction is now 2-1 Cov??

If they're currently on a bad run, they're soon to not be on a bad run. 2-1 Gills.

    365 Days

Listen...we ALL know they're w*&nkers. We ALL know they've mis-managed this club, potentially to L2 level. Until someone comes in to buy us, then is it really worth going over old ground, again and again and again? It'll continue to get worse until they decide to cut their losses (unlikely) or...

Ha ha! I've planned ours in 9 days and think we'll be ok. For L2P I did 1,300 miles training in the 6 months leading up to it so I'm aiming for 1,700 miles training for this. Should be fine!!

Guys...genuinely touched by the donations. Really, really do appreciate. It all helps with the motivation to get out and get the training done :-)

Thanks Clint, greatly appreciated. I need to ensure that my little legs will get me there, let along giving someone a backy!! As an FYI, the majority of donations so far have been you Cov supporters! I don't want you thinking that I've got no friends or family! I only posted it once on FB on...

Thanks BHSB and thanks to the new Anon donator. Like I said above, I've not been directly affected but having heard stories, I know it can be an incredibly lonely and hard experience from those who suffer and those who are there to support loved ones.

The ride isn't until September Brylowes so plenty of time! It might be because you're abroad potentially? Seems to be working ok for folks here in the UK.

Thanks all and it's saddening to read everyones stories. I knew it was a bugger of a condition but maybe had underestimated how prevalent it is.
