It's only a conditional bid because they've not been supplied with the info they requested and I imagine if the bid is turned down on the grounds that it is conditional that will be when the legals start.

I agree. I have no problem at all with people being pissed off, as I was! It's when talk of morals starts that I have a problem. Selective moral values are not moral values.
