    Kasey Palmer

He's been in and around the dressing room at recent home and away games (I know O'Hare was at a home one but not seen him at an away). I wonder if he's actually a bit closer to fitness than we think. Cameo at Wembley incoming?... He's currently been out for 8 weeks.

    Could 71 points be enough?

I have 5 teams (including us) finishing on 69 points, and us just about making 6th on goal difference! Gonna be a tense two weeks!

    Record breaking season

Equal points (with two to play obviously) as we got in 01/02. Although I think it was Division 1 then.

    Saturdays gate…

They usually underestimate. 23,500ish likely I'd say.

    i Article

Great read. No mention of O'Hare's injury though, which is arguably the difference between fighting with 6 other teams for the play-offs and fighting with Sheff U for 2nd.

    20 goals a season striker

Nobody has scored more goals for the club than McSheffrey since the 60s. He was brilliant in his last season before he left for Birmingham.

Just checked. Tomorrow will be the first. We've had over 19K home fans for QPR, Cardiff and Hull.

    PLAYOFF DEBATE

More pertinently we're 4th over the last 28 games! The excellent form has essentially covered the whole season (bar a mini post-WC blip) once we'd navigated our way through the pitch debacle left by those egg chasing cunts.

Are you sure? I don't think we've hit that mark once yet. We will tomorrow though which is great.

Home sales look decent though, definitely more than Hull. If Stoke sell 2K I reckon we'll be looking at 23K plus. 24K seems unlikely agreed, I was just pointing out that last time around the club's estimate was lower than the reality.

They said they were expecting 21K for Hull and it was 1.3K higher, so 24K might be on the cards for Saturday. That would be a great effort.

Same team that started against Blackpool but Godden in for Walker, and hopefully Allen back on the bench. Feels like a massive match with the 6 pointers taking place elsewhere, a real opportunity to further close the gap on the top 6.

Ah ok, it's slightly different to what I saw on Twitter. So its saying of the country's population, 489k have Coventry as its closest league club?

    The Athletic Article

After reading that its difficult not to be excited about the last 8 games, isn't it?

It's pretty meaningless. All it shows is the population that is closest to which given club in our league. It would mean a bit more if they added in all club's from all leagues.
