    Gunnarsson complete's Cardiff move

Yeah, I suddenly don't feel quite so resentful about Aron, or anyone else, leaving! It's like me working for a Tory council that I don't trust as far as I could throw-who could blame me for taking any other job offer, especially when I could be unemployed any time soon?

    Pacheco on Loan

I agree, but he seems more likely to be going to a club who can challenge for promotion rather than one that could be about to file for administration and might not even be around by the end of the season. Now that's gloom and doom!

    The Pre Season Friendlies thread.

Nuneaton for me and my mate. My question: what is the best thing to make a "SISU OUT" banner out of? I don't want to ruin good sheets..might just have to be a tatty bit of cardboard, reflecting the "on the cheap" approach they like so much.

    Interesting

I reckon he just knows someone. Like I know someone who knows a player ;)

I'd rather admin than another SISU consortium taking over.....

I suppose that's a major part of the problem. There hasn't been a venture-capitalist owned club go to the wall like this before, to my knowledge. They are more likely to be stubborn and work against the interests of the club than anyone else in this situation. They have to hold out for the best...

    Interesting

Balls, I must have dreamt up the "ok" bit! The CT poll last week had Hoffman-98 % of fans backing SISU-under 2%. But what are we actually meant to do?

    Or very very short

You sure did mate. Keep it coming! The only thing I'm not sure about is..you said it'll all be ok. I'm not so sure about that bit. Please tell me again! I'm cold and there are wolves...

CCFC are going into Admin on 29th July

Well SISU are probably asking for all the money we "owe" them as part of the terms of a sale. Admin would see them as the main creditor after the football ones and the taxman (in their eyes).

CCFC are going into Admin on 29th July

We do-it's all to SISU. It's a bit like me charging a company that is actually mine for any losses incured. So technically, we don't. But try telling them that!

    Interesting

I see it roughly similar, only I think SISU selling up to Hoff would be the best for the club. Undoubtedly better for all parties-including those community firms that would possibly go bust-than administration. Possibly apart from SISU. And there's the rub. Just think how many players we'll...

    Average age of the squad

I got that :p I can picture the video for our version..footage of our all-teenage side being decimated. Goals raining down, not napalm.

Debt Increases with a new "mortgage"

But it does say they've borrowed against the league "pot" as well.

    Why does'nt the hoff

Don't feel sorry for them. They are all very, very wealthy people who saw us as nothing more than an investment opportunity-which they screwed up badly by failing to follow through the initial vision, leaving us and them in the mess we are now. The money they lost is down to their lack of...

CCFC are going into Admin on 29th July

Well the last time someone else came on saying something like this with no real evidence it proved pretty much correct. I'd be surprised if it was that soon, maybe 1st September. But my conspiracy has always been that if we go into admin, SISU will be classed as the main creditors due to the way...

No worries mate, I'm very cynical too-but wheras you vent succinctly, it tends to make me rant long-windedly. Unlike this particular post.

I can't see how Wood would (ho ho!) be any more suited to AT's style than McPake; he really is our number 1 donkey and main hoof-ball culprit. McPake is also a much more solid defender all-round, just really injury prone. I'd assume that a signing from a big club like Sheff Wed (their skipper...

So do I, but he always has a go at my comments so I'll have the odd pop back! I'm sure he can cope.

Clarkes injured and doubtful for season start now anyway.
