I was caught out by him also, the Bolton game was massively encouraging and his quick signings seemed to be filling the exact gaps we had in the squad. Shame he then just pulled the string in their backs and sent them out to buzz around in all directions.
Beavon is all but a guaranteed starter now, he just had that minor injury last week. Agree about Jones, he's looked more effective recently so I'd rather see him play than us just throwing some strikers out wide and hoping it works
