The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Probably correct - but which ‘side’ is going to address the massive under investment in the NHS, Education, Welfare etc?

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

The centrists IMO don’t want to be reached out to. The Labour manifesto was the best thing to come out of the party for 15 years, and they sadly won’t subscribe to it. It’s not in keeping with the Blair’s neo-liberal way. Also worth pointing out that across Europe every centre-left/centrist...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I respectfully disagree - 2017 suggests that transformative policies are popular because it represent change with the London centric funding culture of the last 40 years.

If Labour had a centre left leader in 2017, then we would have a Tory majority government now. The era of centrist Blairite leaders for Labour is over. Blair put pay to that by being Thatchers greatest creation. Umunna and that ilk represent smooth taking bullshitters in the game for their own...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

On the polls - every polling organisation has Labour ahead or level except You Gov (created and sponsored by the Tories) which is where that poll came from. I believe that in a GE - Labour would probably be the largest party but not enough for a majority. That would probably see a...

I think Thatcher tabled a number of no confidence motions in Labour government before she got one to stick.

Yeah she probably will this time. But these motions can be raised again... I imagine we may see another one after she comes back 3 days later like a shit Jesus.

The BBC should be ashamed at peddling this nonsense.

Any potential 2nd referendum would have more credibility if the supposed cheating was proven in court and people were charged and/or sentenced. You would also have to investigate any claims of wrongdoing on both sides of the referendum. If claims can't be substantiated - it takes away from that...

...increase in migrants across the Channel.

Our reliance on immigration it's integrated with the fact that we need teachers, nurses, doctors to keep our systems running. Without them we are fucked. Infrastructure is at the heart of most of our countries issues, there is hardly any investment in it. Where there is investment it is not...

...increase in migrants across the Channel.

Homeless levels are at an all time high due to the cruel welfare system and 8 years of unnecessary austerity. It has also been fuelled by the disgraceful way in which ex-service men and women have been treated by the government that sent them off to unnecessary wars in the first place.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Agreed, but the demographic impacts more severely on Labour, especially from a geographical context.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

To be honest if I was given the choice of Labour implementing their manifesto but having to leave the EU, or staying in the EU but it not being able to implemented. I would probably choose the first option. But can they get the remainers to move to this point? Or do they try and convince the...

But the make up of those 2 groups on the separate points is not the same. The 'Hardline Brexiteers' that are voting down Theresa's deal are not then committing to stopping a no-deal.. that's exactly what they want. Different groups with different motives, but is the overlap enough to get...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I don't think anyone knows how to get out of this, as the 2 extremes are cancel Brexit or leave with no deal whatsoever, both which in their own ways will cause turmoil.

Has a second leg of a cup game ever been more pointless?

To be fair - it’s nice to see them be quite reserved and humble at the end... no arrogance and plenty of handshakes.

Has a second leg of a cup game ever been more pointless?

For the 2nd leg the City 11 should pick their positions out of a hat.. Ederson up top Sterling, Silva and Sane centre backs. Aguero in goal.

...increase in migrants across the Channel.

For every illegal migrant there will probably be a refugee or asylum seeker. In fact if we put together the money given to both of them for 5 years it will still be less than a clever accountant can write off in an afternoon for a tax evading millionaire or corporation. The fact that there were...
