I had shin splints and resting didn't seem to be sorting them for any prolonged period, i then went to a physio who gave me a massage and acupuncture and it was sorted after 2 visits. Might be worth a go if you can't shift them.

Maybe in terms of somehow being 'relevant' for a title fight but in reality he's nowhere near that level any more. Always entertaining but i don't see him being in good condition 10, 15 years from now given the punishment he takes

Weaker at present but there's a fair bit of time yet for the signings we need (at least one centre half and a left wingback). I expect we'll be selling at least one regular from last season so the business done around that will likely be the key to deciding if this has been a good window or not.

Reading and Blackpool would be in the mix you'd think. I haven't checked who Reading have signed so far but i can't see them suddenly improving massively on last year (watch them make the play-offs now). Maybe Wigan too?

For balance, i also thought Moore a 'risk' based on his lack of game time and didn't really see Gyokores as an exciting signing at...

I watched this, not much of a contest in the end (nor the Kelly fight before it either) but hopefully moves him onto something more meaningful next. I doubt Gorman's going to do much beyond the domestic scene but there's a few decent and exciting fights he could get involved with at that level...
