That 500k was put into the escrow account many, many years ago, in case CCFC (aka SISU) ever defaulted, which they subsequently did, proving it was a sound decision ! SISU dont do 'goodwill gestures'...they are not a charity (like the Higgs Trust), they are a Mayfair based hedge fund, and by the very nature of it's being, will take disputes to the nth degree for maximum profit.
