    New Labour Leader

And the Tory leaders have been pro remain while Corbyn was pro leave. None if them have kept to what they think is best.

He lost in 2017 but it was treated like a win. So we tried the same again. And got another defeat. I said at the time in 2017 we would lose. And had been saying since 2017 we would lose by a bigger margin if we had no change. This time we got the least amount of seats in 85 years. But yeah...

    New Labour Leader

There are stupid people about. So some would have voted. And they would have voted for all parties. Remind me who it is that are more highly educated. Remind me which party wanted to get rid of private education. The definition of insanity/stupidity is doing the same thing expecting a...

Judge Says Belief in Biological Sex Not Protected

We can change sex. But how much we can change sex is debatable. You can have one chopped off and made into the other. Is that enough for it ti be legally done?

The denial going on is just as bad. And it causes a lot of the infighting. People trying to blame outside forces and not what is wrong with the basics could keep us continuing as we are. And it isn't what the public wants.

    New Labour Leader

Starmer has been my choice for ages. Not because I think he would make a great leader but because he is not as bad as the rest. And there is a chance he would be good for Labour.

Problem? Only one? The party was taken too far to the left. Too many things didn't add up. The public don't want left wing mentalists like they don't want right-wing mentalists. They want somewhere in the middle. Yes.....someone like Bliar. Wonder how that will work out. What we need is...

Was this aimed at me? If so show me where I have said anything good about Boris. Ever. Some need to stand back and think. Why did Labour have their worst result for 85 years when they were up against someone as bad as Boris? But all we will get is excuses. It is all we ever get. Look at the...

I still am a member. But I totally dislike the direction we are going in. It seems those pushing in the present direction should come and live in France. They would love it. Macron got voted in on the promise of making reforms. Now the reforms are happening the left wing as we would call it...

Why can't you just be honest to yourself like most people have been since we found out the result?

What guess? OK. Why did Labour win the least amount of seats for 85 years? There was polls on trust before the election. Corbyn didn't do very well in them.

Very simple. They trusted Boris more than Corbyn. How could anyone disagree?

    New Labour Leader

What did most damage was those who told remain voters they were thick and shouting down those remain voters that tried to put their point across. It then became an argument and not a debate. And who listens to the other side on any subject and admits they might be wrong when having an argument...

Fully agree. Couldn't bring myself to vote for Labour this time. Ended up not voting. Where I live in England is now a Tory seat. Labour don't hold a single seat in Cumbria. The Tories now hold every seat in Cumbria but one. And that is held by the Lib Dems. How can Labour have lost a whole...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

France is the same as the UK. Nobody knows how many have moved here. Lots more are arriving each week trying to beat Brexit. Even healthcare is a problem unless you are a pensioner. Can imagine how hard it is to learn Hungarian. French is hard enough. Easy to get the basics. But you need a lot...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Nothing is signed anywhere. There has been words but nothing else. The odds are we can stay as we are adding to the local economy. And the person in charge of the whole district has said that he wants everyone to stay. But until there is something official there is nothing that can be done...

And this is what is needed. We can't go any further in protecting our rights to stay in France as nobody knows what is going on. There are thousands of us having the same problem in France alone. Now we can't do anything until something is announced either way.

You mean a slight drop after gains? There were quite large gains when it was seen that Corbyn didn't get voted in. It doesn't take a lot for movement in exchange rates. Now Brexit is looking as though it will happen the pound has risen against the Euro and Dollar.

The left wing nutters brought the right wing nutters out in force. The right wing nutters brought the left wing nutters out in force. So we ended up only noticing the nutters. And what made it worse was having the same nutters in charge of the parties.
