The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

When you say moderate - do you mean Tories? Labour MP's abstaining on austerity, supporting cruel and unnecessary welfare sanctions and voting to support a wholly illegal war is not in keeping with the party ethos and it's intrinsic values. You only have to listen to the drivel spouted by the...

    End Of Season Predictions

Spurs and Liverpool win fuck all again. The sports journalists somehow overlook it, as the Teflon twins Klopp & Pochettino are lauded as the joint managers of the year.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

True, but I think this will start to shift over the next few years, thanks to social media and dwindling press influence. You will always have the tribal element of politics which is why we will always 2 parties taking most of the electorate.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Because as Brighton just said, you have a long history of influence through written media that is still impacting on decision making of voters. Luckily this is decreasing with the advent of social media, and access to information online. You also have to look at the demographics of...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Only the Tory one, the Labour one will probably remain largely intact in a future election, such was the quality and popularity of its polices.

I guess because they both want to get Brexit through, but have differing opinions on how to do it. The others want it stopped. Plus in reality they are the ones with the numbers in terms of MP’s and votes.

I still wouldn’t have walked out though.

Corbyn has stupidly handed her a way out tonight, as it’s his actions that will be discussed, not her (other than her giving us nothing to discuss anyway).

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Depends on your perspective really. Umanna is the epitome of the politics that caused the disengagement of millions of people, and was a huge factor in the Leave vote winning (and the same reason that people rejected Clinton over Trump IMO) - he is really the anti-thesis of everything that...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Again - I would have advised he stayed. But if she won’t budge... there is no parliamentary consensus for any outcome at all. Her deal, no deal, no Brexit... not one could get through parliament at the moment. The choice may end up out of our hands.

TBF - I don’t think him walking out was the wisest idea, and I don’t disagree how it looks. There is no way he would ever be given the opportunity through that meeting to ‘show’ himself as an alternative. May wouldn’t allow it, the press wouldn’t allow it. And you know this is true.

So is it that surprising he left when the ‘meeting’ was just her regurgitating the same stuff as before. Plus Chuka represents a private company ATM.

    Maddy McCann documentary

For me they will never be innocent. They made a conscious choice to leave 3 children unattended in an apartment, whilst they dined elsewhere. They were negligent and put all 3 lives at risk.

I'm genuinely surprised there hasn't been more protestation in respect to austerity. I guess that shows how capable our media has been in distracting from it.
