Why are we constantly giving it back to them immediately after winning possession in a dangerous area

We just gained possession after then looking dangerous around our area and he gets involved and it’s straight back to them

Nice interchange between COH and Godden. long ball in from our own half to O Hare who is furthest forward, lays it off first time to Godden, Godden then chips it back at him straight away for the one-two and O Hare lays it off perfectly heading it and setting Godden who who bangs it bottom corner

Fair play to Godden for managing to put that one away with O Hare burdening the shit out of him

Godden got a one match ban for diving and it was less obvious than that. It would be more understandable if the ref gave a pen because at least then he’s made a mistake. In this situation he’s just flapped it?

Can someone please genuinely explain to me how that’s not a booking for simulation if it’s not a penalty?
