    If The Unthinkable Happens ?

I suspect the moral outrage would die down in about, I dunno, 3-4 weeks, and a spurious excuse would be found for supporting a WASPS/CCFC. When I have watched Wasps the fans seem just the sort who are probably watching the Sky Blues as well. Which they probably are.

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

MKdons precedent is that if a major population catchment is not covered by an EFL team, then the EFL will bend the rules to ensure that it is so - assuming the opportunity arises.

Match Thread Luton Town vs. Coventry City Match Thread - Sunday 24th Feb

That's it in a nutshell. We have the core of a good team for next year (Willis, Hyam, Kelly, Bayliss, Mason) or the year after, when the current crop of younger players (Baka, Hiwula, Wakefield, Shipley) have matured and been suitably added to, assuming we can hold on to them. In my optimistic...

to play him you have to drop either Kelly or Bayliss or switch to 4-5-1 to accommodate him. He isn't up to it as a left sided midfielder in a 4-4-2 at this level. A year as a regular midfield sub maybe the best thing for him

Not touchy, couldn't care less. I always under-estimate fans' ability to delude themselves. Silly me

With Allessani and Wakefield in the squad are we covered for Thomas's return to Derby now?

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

I was expecting this one. The wider community are of no import at all to SISU and Wasps as they provide no revenue.. They might have an impact on CCC, but the Council have a scapegoat in SISU to blame. The wider community have no leverage and are not sitting at the table. If they attended games...

now it’s becoming a reality moving from the ricoh - Letter from EFL to CCFC

Wasps are a mobile rugby franchise, SISU a hedgefund responsible only to their investors and the fate of CCFC will decide very few votes in elections (and anyway SISU will be set up as being to blame). In the grand scheme of things we are a club (in the broadest sense) of about 10k members. Do...

What the odds - 1/4 Luton 6/1 us or something like that. Misfiring mid table team against in form league leaders at their place. Didn't realise this thread was for cheerleaders only

This column is not about wish fulfillment. We are trying to honestly anticipate the result. I reckon 2-0 to them. It could be worse - they beat Fleetwood away, we lost 3-0

If you were a Luton fan, with your side having won 5 straight games, and facing a team you easily beat at their ground, what result would you expect? A home win 3-0 I suspect. Anything better by us will be creditable

They controlled the game. They re a physically big side, we looked like a bunch of teenagers. We were also set up as 4-5-1 with both Hiwula and Shipley on the left which failed from the first minute. They were always in control, even allowing for Hiwula's effort

if they are as strong as they were at the Ricoh, which was men v boys, we'll get thumped.

If he just doing the day job it should be a 6. That is the average for the team and what outfield players get if they have an average game. To get 7 when no player averages that much during the season as a whole makes no sense. It means the goalie will always be your most highly rated player...
