    Anyone suprised?

Hope it is nothing like as bad as that monster Mick Phillpot. No you can't stop speculation.

    New Keeper

I did a quick bit of research. It looks like Harry Redknapp signed him on a 3 year deal which he is only half way through. Current BCFC manager Garry Monk didn't like him and brought in Lee Camp, won't play Stockdale and wants him out. I suppose if birmingham will pay part of his salary he...

Is this whole thing a Haskell Mk2?

You can't have far reaching rules that are open to interpretation. Which is why the fit and proper test is limited to involvement in multiple football clubs (potential conflict of interest), criminal convictions, bankruptcy, debt management, administrations, insolvency, disqualification as a...

Is this whole thing a Haskell Mk2?

Special football rules get challenged by very rich owners. Unless the law is changed there is very little scope to resctict clubs.

Which is a good a reason as any to conclude they are unsuitable owners.

Is this whole thing a Haskell Mk2?

Yeah, there are loads of possible paths, I've even seen it speculated SISU have lots of Wasps bonds so they can break them when the bonds mature and have to be repaid in 2022. I have remarked previously that all that matters in this is the de facto commercial 'war' between Wasps and SISU, I...

    Wasps downward spiral...

To be fair it would be much better all round if neither had made an appearance.

The point I raised was related to the discussion. Thanks for pointing out my spelling mistake and clarifying your lack of understanding. Yes if the litigation is withdrawn. I think that's in the public domain.

Is this whole thing a Haskell Mk2?

I see that, they haven't got to the financial position they want, so they won't sell, yet. That is also why I don't think the club will be folded, SISU have a strategy to recoup their outlay but as OSB points out we won't understand what that is till it happens. I was actually speculating on...

Is this whole thing a Haskell Mk2?

You really need to learn how to express yourself. It was clear from my post I said SISU should talk and I did not think they had. The only talks I mentioned were 'possible' talks between a consortium interested in buying CCFC from SISU and Wasps/ACL, so that is what I replied about. Ps you...

Is this whole thing a Haskell Mk2?

Laughable. You created a rumour. I said wouldn't be surprising if true. Then you use my musing as proof something happened.

    The protest

I don't, the march in the Summer before the club was moved to Northampton had about 8000 people on it and had no effect on the club. Nothing of that sort will make SISU change tack, a different approach is needed.
