I watched the F2 race earlier, it was really odd. Around Blanchimont, it was almost bone dry. Then literally round the corner into the chicane and around the pits, it was absolutely tipping it down. I know Spa has a reputation for having different weather at different parts of the track, but...

As Hadjar just proved, because these ground effect cars suck up so much water from underneath them, you can't see a lot. Plus when there's too much water you just end up aquaplaning. And nobody bothers with the full wet because it's absolutely useless.

Thing is, every now and again Lance actually does show a little bit of pace. Then he goes and does something like stupid and willingly chooses to drive into a Gravel trap on the formation lap after he's spun, and his mechanics have already had to rebuild his car after crashing in qualifying.
