There is more than one way to skin the proverbial cat, but you need a bit of luck... our competitor pays 10 mil and he flops, we pay 500k for an untried and he smashes it. That's where a good scouting system pays off.

But unless you can convince 20k plus to turn up every week, mediocrity is all you can expect. EDIT; Maybe 15k for starters
