Match Thread Coventry City vs Rochdale Match Thread - Saturday 1st Sep

The referee was giving strange decisions, mainly against Allasani, but he was not the reason we were beaten. Thomas, JCH and Andreu were profligate and Rochdale started each half wide awake.

Match Thread Coventry City vs Rochdale Match Thread - Saturday 1st Sep

We all know that Robins didn't say to the players "please miss the good chances" but it was just as concerning that we could have been a couple down in the first ten minutes of the first half and could have been 0-5 in the first 15 of the second. Rochdale were walking through our team at one...

So open at times st the back. Could have been 0-5 easily and we could have scored a dozen if the gods were favorable. Shocking performance in the second half and none of the players came out of that game with anything positive.

I am delighted we are signing a player on loan, who must be the best player I have never seen. Lets hope its not a case of hype over substance.

Tony Cottee? now there was a player that could find a Sky Blue net. His record against us was horrific, 14 goals scored.

Thomas is creating issues for his with his failure to retain possession. The goal should have been avoided but Thomas is culpable too.

Robins has to go in the summer / 02476 555 555

Robins and the players need to look at their performance. Robins doesn't send players out and say pass to the opposition or play badly. Yes we have had a few weeks less than the rest to prepare for the season and I believe he has changed the team too quickly but give him some time and hopefully...

Highfield Road Or The Ricoh ?

Highfield Riad is my field of dreams, memories that define my life as a Coventry City supporter. From George Curtis to Andrew Whing and from Jimmy Greaves and George Best to Championship journeymen. The world as moved on and we were left behind and we are tenants in our home built for us. Sadly...

    Tom Bayliss

We all know that football is a results based business and I believe the mood after the Morecambe and the mood after the Notts County 2nd leg reflect the fluctuations better than any words can do. We are two games in, one unlucky loss and a hard fought point away from home. My thoughts are that...
