I'd say we had two good spells of pressure, one in the first half and one in the second yes.

It gets to the point where you just can't fix stupid and I have reached that point with you today. Palmer can be anything he wants he has the talent. So far he is showing a lot of good stuff. He needs to work on his fitness and keep his confidence up. If he does he will make you eat your words...

I'd say both dabo and him are our most harshly judged players in the squad at the moment. I though both had very good games today.

Can we sign fans who actually can spot a footballer from a tree stump?

Just because players aren't judged more harshly by coaches and people who understand the game doesn't mean they aren't by the average Joe.

No, I'm using it as an example. JCH was a decent player but we didn't play a style that suited him. He went to a team that did and took off. It could be the same for Palmer. He obviously has talent.

Not sure what this statistic has to do with anything but yes I am aware football in general can spot talent no matter their background.

He definitely isn't the player we where sold. He gets back and breaks up play over the flair he has been bought in for. I am surprised I thought he'd be a vanity player.

Absoloute Dog todd the amount of black players that get called "lazy" doing exactly the same as their white counterparts does my nut in. Palmer was getting a lot of praise in commentary too. If you can't see it you are blind.

Jesus christ another black player getting the "lazy" banner in Palmer. He ran his socks off today and was up there with our best players especially in the first half.

Seen better matches, seen worse. No terrible performances. Pinned back for a good while changed it up and got back on the ball. Looked threatening at times.

I think you should re-read the post I specifically said I can overlook the odd stray pass as he's a championship player...

Not saying he's terrible but he does slow our pace at times when he doesnt need to. If he didn't he probably wouldn't be playing for us.

My perception on Sheaf is he slows down the pace of play a fair bit as he chooses his pass which gives defences time to find their man etc. Its only normally a second or two but I do think it's something in his game to improve. I can kinda give some slack for the odd astray pass, it happens...

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

CBS have a very simple business plan. Which is savings and mortgages. Running an arena sits well out their wheelhouse. For that reason I really doubt its an option.
