For me Brown is symptomatic of the media-friendly (eg Sky) group of managers (Reid, Bruce etc) who have had only one decent gig and due to their contacts keep getting other gigs. Dyche is an interesting one and Diehard Si may well be onto something with the Chesterfield comment.

According to the FL site...we are entitled to 15% of tickets, so we can ask for 9000. We can ask for more, but this has to be agreed with Arsenal and the FL. Ticket prices have to be mutually agreed, but home ticket prices have to be the same as away ones, so it's likely to be cheap otherwise...
