We don't really know if there's another option as SISU were able to dictate their chosen bidder status. I don't believe they'd simply liquidate us and swan off, as they have their investors to answer to, but I appreciate people don't want to take that gamble.

The FL f ked up by letting SISU register new signing’s with CCFC (Holdings) rather than the ‘golden share’ owning CCFC Ltd, so have bent over to appease SISU (and avoid it all coming out in court) despite it breaching a load of their regulations and charter. :jerkit:
