Time for the fans to help gh and force the issue

Actually it isnt our club its SISU's. But yes the fans have every right to voice there opinions, would never argue otherwise. We live as a club beyond our means it isnt a question of SISU cashing in the assets to profit from it, they are doing it so the club survives. We dont like it but in...

Time for the fans to help gh and force the issue

think you under estimate SISU........... members of which probably do not even attend the matches..... so sack the board huh? and replace it with another one that reports to people who are based in posh offices in London. Right now they know that they have at least one party interested in taking...

    Who is lying?

Think both sides believe the truth they see and let out only what suits them. Clearly at the moment it is a struggle to keep CCFC afloat under the current owners, they seem error prone and clearly not popular with many supporters. On the other hand we have a group of unknowns fronted by GH...

    Clouting on CWR

not implying anything by asking this, but heard it mentioned the other day and wasn't sure if true or not .......... is GH son in law to Geoffrey Robinson or in some other way related? anyone know for sure ?

    Clouting on CWR

didnt say they had them waiting, clearly they dont that we know of.......... but in these situations when someone declares an interest it often increases the interest from other parties

    Clouting on CWR

He is trying to do exactly that - but SISU are not having it I know there are the claims that administration is just round the corner - and it may happen - but to get the accounts signed off the Board had to produce financial plans that got us through to the end of the coming season at least...

    Clouting on CWR

Except the investment so far has been by way of legally constituted loans from the private equity funds that SISU manage for their clients. SISU themselves do not own the shares the private equity funds do. Anyone coming in as a new owner is going to have to deal with the loans that are...

    Clouting on CWR

just my opinion/thoughts/questions................ I am not comfortable with this being negotiated in public. Who are these mysterious backers for GH. Its no good saying its not for sale, these are serious businessmen on both sides and everything has a price I am inclined to agree with...

Debt Increases with a new "mortgage"

Lets be honest this is all hearsay, he said, she said, conspiracies and supposition.......... we have not been given any verifiable facts, and the club actually have no legal obligation to disclose its affairs to all and sundry. Makes a good story though doesnt it. we wont know even half the...

I'd rather admin than another SISU consortium taking over.....

they might give the shares up for free there is only £13k worth ........its the loans £24 million from the private equity funds they dont want to write off

CCFC are going into Admin on 29th July

Is illegal to do anything if as a Board of directors believe the club is not a going concern and cannot meet its bills as they fall due - they could be personally liable. So if they can see it cant go on the decision should be to call in the administrators now not to wait

CCFC are going into Admin on 29th July

why wait till 29th? why take additional "finance" now? why tell someone who is going to make it public? why do it when there is income coming in and the season starts on 6th August with a big crowd ?

Debt Increases with a new "mortgage"

I dont have any sense of surprise in these "revelations" reported by the CT. This isnt the first time that a seasons ticket sales have been "borrowed" against. It certainly wont be all season ticket sales - only those on direct debit. It is quite likely that the monies will be on a staged basis...

Debt Increases with a new "mortgage"

check what i wrote to start with........... technically the finance company has advanced sums against the season tickets being bought by direct debit...... they havent been paid for in full yet .... is technically a borrowing

Debt Increases with a new "mortgage"

Second question ................On the basis that the investors in the Sisu private equity funds are not prepared to loan the club further monies, what would you have the Board do to meet the bills in a period where our income is at its lowest and therefore our losses greatest ? Do they take...

Debt Increases with a new "mortgage"

ok question ........... who is paying for their season ticket by direct debit with Zebra finance ? so you are not paying the club now are you........ the debt is sold to the finance company ..... who in turn provide money up front secured against the collection they make of direct debits over...

    Reality check

not sure i can really disagree with egastap........ this will be a tough season, but it will be tough for all the teams there will be no easy games. I dont think egastap is being negative, just think he appreciates how tough it will be. It isnt about not supporting the team, none of us would be...

    Earnshaw,Phillips and Gunnar

any take over is not going to happen in a hurry. It only became news last week and no formal offer has been made as yet. There is no point to being impatient about it, these things take time. Has nothing to do with season ticket sales, those have to be sold simply to keep the club going. As for...

A couple of inexperienced premier league loan players? No thanks SISU. Please sell up

Dont think we should rule out any method of getting players in, buy, loan, free agent or youth. Perhaps in the past we have not chosen our loans wisely but doesnt mean they cant work..... am sure QPR were very pleased obtaining Routledge on loan. Finances will dictate where we can shop though
